At least eight people have been injured in connection with a Russian attack on Kyiv, reports the Ukrainian capital's military leadership on Monday night.
The condition of one of the injured is reported to be critical, according to the head of the military administration Timur Tkatjenko.
Window panes of a high-rise apartment building were blown out in connection with the attack, he reports.
