Ebba Andersson, who won Olympic gold in the five-mile last winter, is staying home in Piteå to recover from an illness, the national ski team said in a press release.
"Ebba Andersson is back in training after a cold, but is not quite ready for the training camp in Torsby," they said.
Emma Ribom is also missing the camp, as she is training on her own in the USA.
It was already clear that sprint queen Jonna Sundling and super talent Alvar Myhlback have turned down the national team and are pursuing their own careers.
