The police were alerted to a suspected dangerous object at the recycling facility just before 2 p.m. on Sunday, after which the facility was cordoned off.
After the National Bomb Disposal Service investigated the matter, it was confirmed that it was dynamite. "The dynamite is considered manageable and safe for police patrol to handle," the police write.
A preliminary investigation has been launched into violations of the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods.
