Nebius - whose stock is soaring 16 percent in pre-market trading on Wall Street - already has a strategic partnership with American Nvidia, the world's leading manufacturer of advanced AI processors.
The new Nebius agreement is one of the largest contracts Meta has signed in the AI sector and follows a three-billion-dollar agreement with Nebius last year.
In total, Meta and other tech giants are expected to invest $650 billion in data centers and other AI infrastructure this year.
