Armand Duplantis did not win a pole vault competition - the first time in three years.
Afterwards, he was disappointed not to win in front of his American friends, who were there to cheer and looked worn out.
They're crazy guys, I promise. I think they like Stockholm. The first night was "top notch," says Duplantis.
But after a wet Saturday night, the friends were kicked out of a nightclub.
It's not that unusual for them to get kicked out; it sounds like my guys, says Duplantis.
The star himself was not present at the festivities.
"I was at the hotel sleeping before the competition," he says.
