The sentence in February was suspended and a daily fine was imposed after the site published the name and picture of a man who had sex-chatted with a fictional child.
That verdict has been appealed to the Court of Appeal, but now a new hearing is pending in the Gothenburg District Court, writes Göteborgs-Posten.
A man in his 40s from the Stockholm area has filed an individual lawsuit against Dumpen, demanding 40,000 kronor in damages.
"We sent a letter to the responsible publisher in early March demanding the de-publication of the information that was disseminated. Since we have not received a response, we are moving forward with legal action," the man's lawyer Behrang Eslami tells GP.
