Drugs sent to dementia care home

An envelope addressed to an elderly man at a dementia care home in Skåne contained more than a hundred narcotic tablets. Now the man's son, who is a doctor, has been charged with drug offenses.

Staff at the home helped the elderly man open the envelope and alerted the police about the contents. Suspicions were directed at the son and when the police searched his home, narcotics, doping and psychedelic mushrooms were found.

He is charged with attempted drug offenses, drug offenses and doping offenses, P4 Kristianstad and Kristianstadsbladet report.
