The police received an alarm about a suspected drone over the embassy on Kungsholmen at 05 o'clock. According to witnesses, it released color over the embassy.
Police went there and carried out checks on site but without finding the drone pilot. A report of vandalism and a crime against the aviation law has been drawn up.
The Russian embassy writes on Telegram that the drone "dropped a plastic bag with color" and calls the whole thing a "drone attack".
The embassy has previously been subjected to similar incidents. The Russian trade representation on Lidingö outside Stockholm has also been exposed. As a consequence, Russia summoned Sweden's ambassador in Moscow in July.
