At least six people have been killed and seven more injured after a driver ploughed into a street festival in the coastal city of Viña del Mar, Chile, on Sunday, police said.
The driver is believed to have lost control of the vehicle at high speed in the festival area.
The driver has been arrested and will be tested for alcohol, AFP reports.
