The Canadian rapper Drake is working on a new album, according to NME. The announcement comes from the rapper himself. In a streamed conversation with Adin Ross on Kick, Drake described the upcoming album as "a slap" but without saying anything about the title or when it will be ready.
Since his last album, "For all the dogs", 2023, Drake has devoted a large part of his time to the feud with his American competitor Kendrick Lamar. Drake has released four tracks, all with the edge directed at just Lamar.
On June 11-13, Drake will perform at Wireless Festival in London. Drake will perform as the headlining act all three evenings.
