Among them are at least 15 who were killed when Israeli fighter jets bombed a tent area for refugees in al-Mawasi, reports Al Jazeera. Several women and at least one child are among the fatalities. Al-Mawasi has been designated by Israel as a so-called humanitarian, safe zone during the war.

Deaths are also reported from the controversial Gaza Humanitarian Foundation's distribution sites for emergency aid in southern and central Gaza Strip.

According to Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, around 20 people have been shot to death while waiting for aid deliveries in southern Gaza on Friday.

The hospital is now functioning as a single massive trauma department, says Rik Peeperkorn, WHO's representative for the Palestinian areas, about Nasser Hospital according to The Times of Israel.

The UN has so far registered that 613 people have been killed near humanitarian convoys or aid distribution sites run by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF).

According to spokesperson Ravina Shamdasani, it has not been possible to determine who is responsible for the deaths, but adds that it is clear that the Israeli military has fired at Palestinians who have tried to reach the distribution sites.
