Now it's double Nylander in the NHL club Toronto. Alexander Nylander, 26, has signed a one-year contract and is thus joining his big brother and superstar William Nylander, 28, in the Canadian club.

Alexander Nylander has made a success in the farm team Toronto Marlies in AHL this season with twelve points in 14 matches (eight goals, four assists). He joined Toronto's organization last summer. The contract is worth around eight and a half million kronor.

The 26-year-old forward has previously belonged to Buffalo, Chicago, Pittsburgh, and Columbus. His best season in NHL in terms of both the number of matches and points was 2019–2020 when he scored 26 points in 65 regular season matches for Chicago. Last season, he accounted for 15 points in 23 matches in the Columbus jersey.

Big brother William Nylander has been one of Toronto's biggest stars for several years and stands at 22 points in 20 matches this season.
