Real Madrid has been hit by double injuries ahead of El Clásico against Barcelona on Saturday.
Both Rodrygo and Thibaut Courtois are expected to miss the top match.
Real Madrid made a spectacular comeback when 0-2 became 5-2 against Dortmund in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.
But the victory came at a cost. Forward Rodrygo was substituted with an injury ten minutes before the end.
It's a muscle injury. He made a tough run at the third goal. It's a shame, but that's the way it is, says coach Carlo Ancelotti according to AS.
Thibaut Courtois has also suffered a muscle injury. The club writes on its website that the injury will be evaluated, but according to The Athletic, the prognosis is that he will be out for around two weeks.
Barcelona leads La Liga, three points ahead of Real Madrid.
