It was no brilliant opening in the Memorial Tournament in Ohio for the Swedes. Ludvig Åberg went three over par and Alex Norén two over par the first day at Muirfield Village GC.
Åberg, sixth on the world ranking, responded, among other things, for two double bogeys and stands on a shared 44th. Norén made three bogeys and only one birdie and places himself on a shared 31st.
American Ben Griffin is in the lead after a round on -7.
