Mikael Dorsin will stop after the season as sports manager in Rosenborg, the football club where he has spent a total of 18 years as a player and leader.

”I have said for several years that I take one season at a time and now I have decided that this will be my last full season in Rosenborg”, says the 44-year-old Swede.

Dorsin came to the Trondheim club for the first time in 2004, then as left back. He was presented as sports manager in December 2019.

”It's clear that it's bitter to leave Rosenborg”, he says.

Rosenborg is sixth in the Norwegian league. Mikael Dorsin was involved and won the league five times as a player, but never as sports manager.
