The star-studded two-day DollyFest festival will take place over two consecutive weekends in both cities in 2027, Parton's estate said in a press release on Monday, adding that the exact dates will be announced later.
The festival was originally scheduled to take place in January this year with Parton as host, but due to the star's health issues, it was canceled before it became public knowledge, according to the estate.
The festival will replace a traditional public memorial service for the artist, who died at the age of 80 on August 25 after a short illness.
