Author Magnus Dahlström is this year's Swedish recipient of the Doblougska Prize. Finnish-Swedish poet Eva-Stina Byggmästar is also a recipient of the prize, one of the Swedish Academy's major literary awards.
The prize is awarded "for supporting Swedish and Norwegian fiction and literary-historical research" and is worth 200,000 kronor per recipient. The prize has been awarded since 1951.
This year's Norwegian laureates are the visual artist and author Matias Faldbakken and the poet Espen Stueland.
