Celic was unfortunate on Djurgården's 4-1 goal through Jeppe Okkels.
In between, Isak Bjerkebo scored 3-1 after he had a post shot just before.
Sirius also made a goal after the break - but conceded four more.
Priske completed his hattrick when he made it 7-2 in the 72nd minute.
Sirius team captain Henrik Rönnlöf Castegren was ashamed afterwards.
It's the worst loss in my career. It's just to apologize to our supporters who put in time and money, he says.
