The 31-year-old, formerly Une Larsson, comes from a Djurgården family. Tonight, he is one of the culture bearers when the Stockholm team is visited by Chelsea in one of the football club's biggest matches ever in the Conference League semifinal.
Even Une's parents and brother cheer for Djurgården, according to an earlier interview on Djurgården's website. But in connection with the meeting with the big team, there is a dilemma. The brother also cheers for Chelsea.
At the Walpurgis Night press conference, Une got a question about whether he has a favorite team in the Premier League. It made him laugh.
I haven't followed the Premier League that much, but I think I was ten years old when Arsenal had their unbeaten streak (season 2003–2004). If I were to say a team, it would have been Arsenal. But it's not like I'm a supporter today.
Arsenal and Chelsea are both big clubs from London and rivals.
That I became an Arsenal fan when I was ten years old was mostly because my brother was a Chelsea fan. But I know he doesn't really follow the Premier League today. He's busy with kids and stuff. I'm sure he'll be cheering for Djurgården.
He won't get much help from his brother ahead of tonight's match, though.
I don't think he knows any of the players because he doesn't really follow the Premier League. I know that on the little free time he has, he follows Djurgården.
