AIK took the lead in the first half after former Djurgården player Matilda Plan opened the scoring to make it 1-0.
It stood for a long time, but with barely a quarter of an hour left, substitute Maho Hirosawa met Therese Åsland's corner and was able to level the match with a powerful header.
And in stoppage time, Johanna Renmark scored a fine finish to win the match 2-1.
"Screw it. I just thought 'shoot' and it was a goal. It was nice that it finally went in," Renmark told Viaplay.
A tough loss for AIK, who are fighting Malmö FF for a European spot. At the same time, three important points for Djurgården, which increases the distance to the bottom of the table.
