Norway and Italy have been fined by the International Football Association Board (FIFA) for fan incidents during World Cup qualifying matches against Israel in October.

Both nations are accused of disruptions during the national anthems, spectators entering the pitch and violations of "order and security" at the matches, according to Fifa.

The man who ran onto the pitch during Norway's 5-0 win over Israel has interrupted international football matches on several occasions over the past 20 years.

FIFA's fine does not concern the Palestinian flags, including some with slogans, that were seen during the World Cup qualifying matches.

The Italian federation is fined 150,000 kronor, while Norway will pay 120,000 kronor.
