TV4 previously had the rights to broadcast La Liga, but now the channel is losing them to Disney+, which already has the Europa League, Europa Conference League, the Women's Champions League and, from the 2027/28 season, has also secured the men's Champions League.
La Liga will be included in all Disney+ subscriptions - from SEK 69 per month.
We do not differentiate the content between the subscriptions - the difference is about advertising and the number of simultaneous streams, not about what content you get. That has been an important part of the success so far, says Hans van Rijn, Nordic head of The Walt Disney Company, according to Aftonbladet.
La Liga kicks off on August 16.
