The 22-year-old Swede saw his opportunity at the end of Sunday's race, overtaking Kush Maini from India on the final lap and securing his second podium finish of the season in the F2 circus.
The judges reviewed the situation, but Beganovic escaped punishment and finished third behind Nikola Tsolov of Bulgaria and Irishman Alex Dunne.
With the podium finish, Dino Beganovic received 15 points and climbed to sixth place in the overall standings, five points behind Norwegian Martinius Stenshorne, who is third.
Racing continues in Barcelona next week.
