We are in a post-extinguishment phase and it will continue throughout the day, says alarm and control operator Mikael Lindgren.
The risk of the fire spreading is assessed as low.
It's not very windy and there's humidity and rain in the air, says Mikael Lindgren.
The fire-ravaged area is approximately 20 hectares in size and is located near Västra and Östra Långvattnet. The terrain there is steep and rugged, which has made extinguishing the fire difficult.
The rescue services were expected to receive reinforcements in the form of helicopters, but this turned out not to be needed.
The Delsjö area in eastern Gothenburg is an approximately 1,370-hectare recreational area.
