After falling steadily for a couple of weeks as the world oil price fell back, the decline seems to be over for the time being. On Tuesday, the price of diesel will jump by 80 öre, according to the fuel chains' corporate prices, which are usually followed by equivalent changes for private motorists.
The new price will be approximately SEK 20.30 per liter.
The price of gasoline will be increased by 25 öre to around SEK 17.30 per liter.
Before the war in the Middle East began on February 28, gasoline and diesel cost about 15 and 17 kronor respectively.
