Sean "Diddy" Combs is making a new attempt to be released on bail. The rapper has, through his lawyers, once again applied to be released from custody, citing other court cases where defendants charged with similar crimes have been released on bail, according to TMZ.
Earlier this fall, Diddy was denied release on bail. He appealed and claimed that the decision to keep him in custody was solely due to the enormous attention his case has received, and that there is no flight risk.
The hip-hop mogul has been sued by over 120 people for, among other things, rape, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation. The lawsuits are part of several legal actions against Diddy, who is already facing charges of sexual assault, assault, and extortion.
