Earlier in October, he was sentenced to four years and two months in prison for two cases of pimping-related crimes where he transported people to sexual meetings in different states in the USA. At that point, "Diddy" had already served 13 months of his sentence while awaiting trial.
In addition to imprisonment, he was also sentenced to probation for an additional five years and 500,000 dollars in fines.
However, the hip-hop mogul was acquitted of most of the more serious charges and the prosecutors had requested a significantly stricter sentence, eleven years in prison.
Last week, "Diddy's" lawyers announced that they had appealed the prison sentence.
