The hip-hop mogul has been accused by over 120 people of, among other things, rape, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation. The trial against him will begin on May 5 next year.

Since he was arrested on September 16, Diddy has been denied release from custody in Brooklyn several times. Now, however, he is withdrawing his appeal of the decision.

The last time the request was denied, the star was suspected, among other things, of having attempted to influence witnesses from within the custody.

Personally, Diddy has commented through his lawyers that the decision to keep him in custody is solely due to the enormous attention his case has received, and that there is no flight risk.

Recently, he was also accused of having raped a then 13-year-old girl together with his friend Jay-Z, who has been sued civilly by the woman in question.
