The jury in the trial against Sean ”Diddy” Combs will begin deliberating on Monday. Combs, who is accused of, among other things, sex trade and rape, is now the subject of a new lawsuit where he and his son Justin Combs are accused of a ”brutal group rape” that allegedly took place in 2017.
A woman claims that Justin Combs used his father's celebrity status and promises of job opportunities to ”lure the plaintiff, a young woman from Louisiana, to Los Angeles where she was held captive for an entire weekend and repeatedly raped” by Sean ”Diddy” Combs, his son Justin and two other masked men, according to the lawsuit.
The woman is seeking damages for the assault.
In a statement to the media, Combs' legal team denies the allegations and says that "anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason".
In the statement it says: "Regardless of how many lawsuits are filed, it does not change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or subjected anyone to sex trafficking – man or woman, adult or minor".
