The 78-year-old Dick Advocaat left his role with the national team after the World Cup qualifiers because he wanted to focus on his daughter, who suffers from health problems.
But after his replacement, Fred Rutten, recently dropped out, Curaçao has managed to persuade Advocaat to make a comeback.
"Advocaat is back," Curaçao Football Association president Gilbert Martina told AFP.
