A man who was detained on suspicion of murder after a death in Hässleholm has been released, reports Norra Skåne.

The prosecutor does not want to say whether this means that there are no longer any suspicions against the man, who is in his 65-year-old age. He was detained on Wednesday after a 75-year-old woman was found dead in a residence following an emergency call.

The prosecutor has already previously stated that it is not certain that a crime lies behind the death. A preliminary medical report on the cause of death is expected next week.
