Michael Carrick, 44, took over the coaching job in January after Ruben Amorim was sacked by the club, with Carrick signing a contract until the end of the season.
He started by winning six of his first seven games in charge. Since then, Manchester United have continued to deliver good results and, with three rounds to spare, have already secured a place in the Champions League this autumn.
Carrick has previously been an assistant coach at the club and was interim coach for a short period when Ole Gunnar Solskjær was sacked in 2021.
Michael Carrick played 464 games in Manchester United's midfield between 2006 and 2018.
