It was during a search of a person in a car that a bag was found that they wanted to check, but the contents turned out to be harmless, says police spokesman Robert Sennerdal.
The person has been taken into custody and the roadblocks have now been lifted. Initially, the incident was classified as a person/vehicle control, and no preliminary investigation has been initiated, the police say.
