The left-back has extended her contract by five years, until 2030.
"For me, it feels absolutely right to continue at LFC. I feel very comfortable at the club and feel strongly motivated to be part of the journey the club is taking," says Andersson on Linköping's website.
In addition to playing in the first team, Andersson has also coached young players in Linköping's academy since she returned to the club, which she will continue next season.
"Jonna, who already has a UEFA B license as a coach, will continue her skill development journey at LFC and I am convinced that she will one day be the head coach of one of our teams," says Linköping's sports director Mia Eriksson.
Andersson has previously played for Chelsea and Hammarby and has won a World Cup bronze and an Olympic silver with the Swedish national team, where she has made 112 appearances.
