After a bogey-free first round, Stark started with a bogey on the first hole in Evian-les-Bains, France. The 26-year-old bounced back and made birdies on holes 4, 9 and 11, but a costly double bogey came on the 12th hole.
Stark finished on 71 strokes.
The Swede is currently tied for fourth place at -5. Japanese Akie Iwai leads at -8, while some of the starting field are still out on the course or have not even started.
Evian is the fourth major of the season. Stark has won one major before, the 2025 US Open.
