This was Denmark's second loss in the Nations League and the chance to challenge Sweden for group victory decreased drastically.
Sweden leads the group with eight points, two ahead of Italy and Denmark. Wales is last with two points.
Denmark was passive from the start and completely fell apart in the second half.
Arianna Caruso gave the visitors the lead in the 59th minute and then Lucia Di Guglielmo and Cristiana Girelli could extend with one goal each within seven minutes towards the end.
Sweden has just Italy, away, and Denmark, at home, left to meet on May 30 and June 3, respectively.
