Vollering won the race for the first time in 2023, and on Sunday it was time again. The 29-year-old thus became the first rider to win the women's Tour de France twice.
The Dutch rider finished in the best possible way by also winning the final stage, which ended in Nice.
Vollering took the title ahead of Poland's Katarzyna Niewiadoma-Phinney and Italy's Elisa Longo Borghini.
