Some employees at Northvolt may receive their salaries delayed. But the money exists and is on its way, says the battery manufacturer's press chief Erik Zsiga to Swedish Radio.
According to the company, the reason for the delays is that decisions are required to pay out the salaries.
Debt-ridden Northvolt is currently undergoing a reconstruction process in the USA, a so-called Chapter 11 process.
