The 26-year-old took part in an internal training match with Tottenham last week, the Daily Mail and the London Evening Standard report.
He last played a competitive match in May 2025, when he injured his knee against Crystal Palace. Since then, he has undergone two major operations.
The news is positive for the Swedish national team’s future.
Sweden, coached by national team manager Graham Potter, have won three of their first four matches in the Nations League. Kulusevski missed the national team training camp, and it is still unclear when he will return to the Blue and Yellows.
Sweden will host Bosnia-Herzegovina on November 14 and conclude the group stage away to Poland three days later.
