A 3–2 win after a penalty shootout against the Czech Republic in Prague on Thursday was followed by a 4–2 win over Switzerland in Helsinki in the second game of the Euro Hockey Tour on Saturday.
Skellefteå's Victor Stjernborg scored to make it 1–0 in his first senior international appearance, just over ten minutes into the game. Switzerland turned the score around to 2–1 in the middle period, but Färjestad defenceman Adam Ollas Mattsson equalised late in the period with his first goal for the national team.
Luleå's Filip Eriksson, also making his senior debut, scored to make it 3–2 with his skate, but without a distinct kicking motion.
Jacob Larsson of Rapperswil-Jona scored to make it 4–2 on the power play late in the third period.
Tre Kronor will conclude the tournament against Finland in Helsinki on Sunday.
