At least 38 people have died in the cyclone that hit Madagascar on Tuesday.
12,000 people have been forced to flee as the powerful storm hit the country's second-largest city, Toamasina. Madagascar's president, Michael Randrianirina, says three-quarters of the city has been destroyed.
Buildings have been destroyed and trees have been uprooted by the strong winds.
