The death toll from the massive attacks has risen since rescue services dug up more victims from the rubble in the city, the authority said on Telegram.
On Friday night, Zaporizhia Governor Ivan Fedorov announced that explosions had once again been heard in the region.
The massive attacks on Ukrainian cities have been going on virtually non-stop since Wednesday. In the past 24 hours, a total of over 1,500 drones and 56 missiles have been fired at Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on X on Thursday. According to the president, 94 percent of the drones and 73 percent of the missiles were shot down.
