The Russian attack began around 11 p.m. Tuesday, according to Governor Ivan Fedorov on Telegram . Several drones reportedly hit civilian buildings, including residential buildings, an office building and educational facilities.
A three-story building with an area of 800 square meters was ravaged by fire, Ukraine's state rescue service said on Telegram .
"Due to the threat of constant enemy attacks, rescue workers were forced to seek shelter several times. Only in the morning did they manage to extinguish the fire," the rescue service said.
