Russia claims to have taken two more villages in the war zone in eastern Ukraine. These are Zjelanne Druhe and Ostrivske, which the Defense Ministry in Moscow claims have been "liberated".
The reports come hours after the governor of Odessa in southern Ukraine announced that at least four civilians lost their lives in a Russian robot attack there.
The robots destroyed a two-story residential building, writes Governor Oleh Kiper on Telegram. Three people – 16, 22, and 43 years old – died under the rubble. A woman was taken to the hospital, but her life could not be saved.
Another ten people are said to have been injured in the attack, four of them seriously.
Russia's aggressive war against its neighboring country has been going on since February 2022.
