Five people were killed in Russian drone strikes early Monday, including three members of a family in the Sumy region. They were aged 13, 36 and 73, the regional prosecutor's office said.
During the night, a woman was killed and three people were injured in an attack on the city of Zaporizhia, AFP reports.
Another person has been injured in drone strikes on Zaporizhia, according to the region's governor Ivan Fedorov. Several buildings were damaged in the attacks.
Kharkiv has also been attacked and residential buildings have caught fire, Governor Ihor Terekhov wrote.
Russian drones have also hit a cargo ship heading to Ukraine. One crew member has been killed, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Kuleba said on Telegram. The ship is said to have suffered major damage.
