Pakistani Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said on Saturday that ten members of the security forces had died in clashes with rebel groups.
Authorities say about 58 rebel fighters were killed on Saturday, after 41 separatists were killed earlier this week.
The armed separatist group Balochistan Liberation Army has, as it has before, claimed responsibility for Saturday's coordinated attacks.
Among other things, railway tracks were destroyed and a prison was attacked, where the group freed prisoners.
The mineral-rich province of Balochistan borders Afghanistan and Iran. The area has been troubled for some time.
