The three-day festival on Djurgården in Stockholm takes place from June 12 to 14. The artists, with David Byrne as the headliner, will play on the last day of the festival. Those playing on the other days will be announced later.
For Byrne, the gig will be the only one in Sweden during his upcoming European tour - and his first in Sweden since 2013.
Rosendal Garden Party was held for the first time in 2022 and set an audience record last year with 40,400 visitors over three days. Tickets go on sale on February 2.
David Byrne will also play in Oslo on June 12 and at the Roskilde Festival in Denmark on July 3.
