DN writes that the newspaper has taken note of the leak and that it appears to contain the source code for a digital identity management system used by several authorities. In addition, it is reported that personal data is for sale.

The suspected data breach targeted an IT company working on behalf of Swedish authorities. The data was uploaded to the darknet on Thursday evening.

"Source code for several programs appears to exist, and from what I can see, the hack looks genuine," writes IT security expert Anders Nilsson in an email to SVT.
