Data: SpaceX set to go public in June

SpaceX has submitted a draft application to go public, sources told Bloomberg.

The filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) means the company is on track for an IPO in June, which would make SpaceX the first of what could be a trio of giant IPOs, ahead of AI companies OpenAI and Anthropic.

SpaceX could be valued at more than $1.75 trillion at its IPO, equivalent to around SEK 16,435 billion, according to the sources.

The draft filed with the SEC is confidential. SpaceX now has the opportunity to receive feedback from the Financial Supervisory Authority and make changes before the application becomes public.

SpaceX was founded by tech billionaire Elon Musk, who is also a major owner of the company.
