Danske Bank lowers the interest rate on mortgages with terms from 1 to 10 years. When it comes to 1 and 2 year binding periods, the change is 0.05 percentage points, resulting in new list rates of 3.26 percent respectively.
The largest change occurs on loans with binding periods between 4 and 10 years, where the change is 0.20 percentage points.
"The background to the adjustments is falling market interest rates, which have reduced borrowing", the bank writes in a press release.
